Clemenceau Medical Center Hospital in Dubai is seeking Billing Auditors to strengthen our finance and coding teams. You will audit medical billing, reconcile claims, and identify gaps in revenue processes to support accurate invoicing.

The ideal candidate holds a Certified Medical Coder credential and has at least five years' hospital experience in Dubai, with strong communication and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Coder credential required.
• At least 5 years’ experience as a billing auditor or similar role in a Dubai hospital.

Responsabilités

• Audit and reconcile medical billing records.
• Manage denial resolution and root-cause analysis.
• Evaluate internal controls and drive process improvements.
• Prevent revenue leakage through audits.
• Coordinate with Finance, Coding, and Clinical teams.
• Communicate effectively and present findings.
