Job summary

MM Management Consultant is seeking an Audit & Assurance Manager bilingual in Arabic to lead audit engagements in the UAE. You will develop audit strategies, review financial statements, and ensure IFRS/ISA compliance while supervising teams and managing budgets.

Fluency in Arabic and English is required, with 7–10 years of relevant experience and a UAE/GCC background preferred. This role emphasizes client relations, business development, and staying current with regulatory changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or a related field.
• Professional qualification (CA/ACCA/CPA/ACA) preferred.
• 7–10 years of audit experience, preferably in UAE or GCC-based firms.
• 2–3 years in a managerial/supervisory role in auditing/consulting.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, ISA, and audit methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage audit and assurance engagements from planning through completion.
• Develop audit strategies, risk assessments, and engagement plans.
• Review financial statements, audit working papers, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, ISA, and UAE regulatory requirements.
• Identify risks and evaluate internal controls.
• Supervise, coach, and review audit teams.
• Manage budgets, deadlines, and audit quality.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to clients and senior management.
• Build and maintain client relationships; contribute to business development.
• Stay updated on changes in accounting, auditing, and UAE regulations.
