MM Management Consultant in Dubai is seeking an Audit & Assurance Manager – Bilingual Arabic. Lead audit engagements from planning to completion, manage teams, and ensure high-quality delivery in line with IFRS, ISA, and UAE standards.

You will develop audit strategies, review financial statements, and maintain strong client relationships while supporting business development and growth of the practice. Fluency in Arabic and English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• CA/ACCA/CPA/ACA or equivalent preferred.
• 7–10 years of relevant audit experience, UAE experience preferred.
• 2–3 years in a managerial/supervisory role in auditing/consulting.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, ISA, and financial reporting.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.

Responsabilités

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Audit & Assurance Manager – Bilingual Arabic to manage audit engagements, lead audit teams, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure high-quality delivery in accordance with applicable auditing and accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage audit and assurance engagements from planning through completion.
• Develop audit strategies, risk assessments, audit programs, and engagement plans.
• Review financial statements, audit working papers, and audit documentation.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, International Standards on Auditing (ISA), and UAE regulatory requirements.
• Identify financial and operational risks and evaluate internal controls.
• Supervise, coach, and review the work of audit teams.
• Manage engagement budgets, deadlines, and overall audit quality.
• Communicate audit findings and recommendations effectively to clients and senior management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Support business development, including proposals, presentations, and client meetings.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and contribute to the growth of the Audit & Assurance practice.
• Stay updated on changes in accounting, auditing, and UAE regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or a related field.
• Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CPA, ACA, or equivalent is preferred.
• 7–10 years of relevant audit experience, preferably with a UAE audit/professional services firm.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a managerial/supervisory position in Auditing/Consulting firm.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, ISA, audit methodology, and financial reporting.
• Excellent client management, leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
• Strong ability to lead teams and manage multiple audit engagements.
• UAE/GCC experience is highly desirable.
• UAE driving license would be an advantage.
