Jackpot Technologies LLC in the UAE is seeking a Chinese & English-speaking Sourcing Agent / Translator. The role bridges UAE operations with Chinese suppliers, focusing on procurement, supplier relationships, and effective communication.

You will identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate pricing and terms, coordinate orders, and ensure clear and accurate communication between both sides. Travel to China may be required; fluent Mandarin and strong English are essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent Mandarin Chinese and strong written/spoken English.
• Based in the UAE, preferably Dubai.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Willing and able to travel to China when required.
• Comfortable using WeChat and Chinese sourcing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Identify and source manufacturers, suppliers, products, materials, and services from China.
• Research suppliers via Alibaba, 1688, Taobao, WeChat, and other sourcing channels.
• Request quotations, specs, samples, timelines, and MOQs from factories.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and lead times; compare suppliers.
• Coordinate samples, production orders, and deliveries; maintain supplier records.
• Communicate clearly between UAE team and Chinese suppliers.
