Job summary

Kayana is seeking a highly motivated English and Spanish-speaking sales, onboarding, and account management professional in Dubai. The role covers the full customer lifecycle from initial outreach to onboarding, implementation, and ongoing success for hospitality and retail clients.

You will work closely with Sales, Support, Product, Engineering, and Operations to deliver value, manage multi-location accounts, and drive renewals in a fast-growing AI-centric technology company.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development, or account management.
• Experience managing the full customer lifecycle across onboarding and success.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Business Development: identify and win new business with hospitality and retail clients.
• Deliver product demonstrations covering EPOS, kiosks, online ordering, payments, and QR ordering.
• Maintain an active CRM pipeline, prepare commercial proposals, and negotiate terms.
• Onboarding & Implementation: run kickoff calls, configure accounts, coordinate hardware and integrations.
• Train customers and staff on Kayana solutions and ensure go-live readiness.
• Account Management & Customer Success: nurture long-term relationships and manage renewals.
