Oasis Living Real Estate in Dubai is expanding and seeking experienced Secondary and Off-Plan Property Consultants to grow with a dynamic team. You will leverage company-generated leads and ongoing local marketing campaigns to build a successful career in Dubai real estate.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of Dubai real estate experience, strong sales and closing abilities, excellent communication, and fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or Romanian.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of Dubai real estate experience (Secondary and/or Off-Plan).
Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Self-driven, ambitious, and target-oriented professionals.
Spanish, Polish, Russian or Romanian speakers are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Sell secondary and off-plan properties in Dubai.
Negotiate and close property deals with clients.
Build and maintain relationships with international clients.
Represent the company at roadshows, exhibitions and events.
Utilize company leads and marketing campaigns for follow-up and sales.
