Job summary

Bybit is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead Growth Intelligence projects across SEO, ASO, Learn, Copy, and Translation. You will translate business requirements into clear product solutions, align stakeholders, and drive delivery with engineers to achieve measurable growth impact.

Fluency in Mandarin and English is mandatory. You will own MRDs and PRDs, define success metrics, and coordinate across multiple teams to accelerate project delivery in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent Mandarin and English in professional context.
• Proven PM experience in Growth-related teams (Growth Product/Technology/Platform).
• Experience developing, reviewing, and managing MRDs and PRDs.

Responsibilities

• Define growth-focused product strategy across SEO, ASO, Learn, Copy, and Translation.
• Own MRDs/PRDs and translate business needs into actionable features.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, design, operations, marketing, and business teams to move projects from concept to launch.
• Define success metrics and measure post-launch impact.
• Prioritize projects based on impact, urgency, resources, and alignment.
