Job summary

Dubai Schools Nad Al Sheba is seeking an experienced and dynamic Admissions Manager to lead our student recruitment and admissions function. This role focuses on driving enrolment growth, building strong relationships with prospective families, and ensuring a high standard of customer service.

You will recruit and manage the admissions team, coordinate with the Principal, CO, and SLT, and oversee registration and KHDA/ADEK processes, reporting monthly results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years in admissions, sales or customer service in related service delivery.
• Be well organized with excellent customer service skills.
• Exhibit strong English and Arabic written/spoken skills.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Set up the Admissions Team and recruit students.
• Provide regular admissions data updates to Principal and SLT.
• Collaborate with Marketing to implement PR and marketing strategies.
• Report enrolment figures weekly to SLT and Central Office.
• Oversee KHDA/ADEK registration and maintain student files.
• Conduct school tours for prospective families.
• Manage placements tests and interviews for new entrants.
