Job summary

Tanqeeb seeks a data-driven professional to join the Service Centre analytics team. You will work with data from ServiceNow, Splunk and Nagios to enable data-informed decisions across Customer, Operations and Finance functions.

Responsibilities include defining data processes, producing reports, ensuring data quality, and delivering BI training to users. Strong SQL, BI tool experience (Power BI/Tableau) and ITSM knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, business studies, or related field.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server (SSAS, SSRS, SSIS), MDX, Data Modelling / Integration and Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong analytic skills and demonstrated abilities to produce comprehensive reports.
• Must have SQL knowledge and experience working with large structured and unstructured datasets.

Responsibilities

• Define, implement and operate the essential data processes in operations (e.g., Market Surveillance).
• Produce, analyze reports and engage with key stakeholders in interpretation of data for decision making or action planning.
• Responsible for the integration and analysis of data from multiple sources (DMS, Splunk and ServiceNow).
• Manage development activities including technical analyses, estimates of effort, definition of scope and objectives, and coordination with other technical teams.
• Actively monitor and audit data quality and report on operational performance.
