Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Sr. HR Partner for the Builder Experience Team (BeXT) in Dubai.

You will influence leadership, foster inclusion, and advocate for Builders through end-to-end experiences while collaborating with AWS business leaders and HR teams to implement HR strategies across talent, performance, compensation, and employee relations. The role requires advising executive leadership, navigating a matrixed organization, and delivering high-quality HR support in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, HR Management, Labor Relations, Business/Management or related field.
• 5 years of human resources experience.
• Arabic fluency in speaking, writing and reading.
• Experience advising and influencing executive leadership.
• Experience in a matrixed organization.
• Strong business and HR acumen with problem-solving, critical thinking and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Consult, coach and develop leadership through decision making with empathy and high judgement; collaborate on talent management, people development and performance management.
• Foster and role model an environment of inclusion for all Builders.
• Advocate for Builders through end-to-end experiences that engage and value them.
• Exercise high judgement, manage ambiguity, and act as first escalation point for HR teammates.
• Support Builder queries with discretion, navigating Amazon Policies.
• Promote adoption of technology and self-service.
• Collaborate and influence across Builders, senior leaders and HR professionals.
• Conduct complex workplace investigations with significant autonomy.
• Design and implement new approaches to continually improve the business and HR team.
