Job summary

La Petite Maison (LPM) Dubai opens a beachfront restaurant where you will own the beverage program, from cocktails to the cellar, and lead the bar team to deliver a refined beverage experience.

You will build menus, manage stock and costs, work with kitchen and floor leadership, and ensure beverage standards align with the LPM philosophy. Fluency in English and leadership in premium venues are essential.

The Role

As Beverage Manager, you own everything in the glass at our new beachfront restaurant. From the cocktail list to the cellar, you shape the drinks offer, lead the bar team, and make sure the beverage experience feels as considered as the food.
