Malabar Gold Llc in Dubai invites a seasoned professional to manage the end-to-end bespoke jewellery order lifecycle. You will translate client requirements into clear design briefs and coordinate with manufacturing, design, and logistics to ensure timely delivery.

Responsibilities include maintaining thorough documentation, serving as the primary client contact, and training store teams on bespoke processes to sustain exceptional service and repeat business.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of experience in bespoke jewellery, luxury retail, jewellery design coordination, or client servicing.
• Excellent customer relationship management and stakeholder coordination.
• Strong knowledge of gold jewellery, diamonds, gemstones, and custom jewellery development processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end bespoke order lifecycle from enquiry to delivery.
• Translate client requirements into design briefs for internal teams.
• Coordinate with manufacturing units to track production timelines and resolve bottlenecks.
• Maintain documentation, approvals, and communication logs for each order.
• Serve as primary contact for customers throughout the bespoke journey and manage expectations.
• Collaborate with designers, craftsmen, logistics teams, and store staff to ensure workflow efficiency.
• Train retail teams on bespoke order collection, documentation, and communication.
