The role requires strong customer service and English fluency, a professional appearance, physical stamina for lifting luggage, and the ability to coordinate with concierge and front office teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Full-time position based in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Bellman/Doorman in a 5-star hotel is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to handle physical tasks (lifting luggage, standing for long hours).
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
