Job summary

AccorHotels Middle East is seeking a Bellboy to warmly welcome guests and assist with luggage, room orientation, and local recommendations at our Abu Dhabi property.

You will maintain a guest-centric service attitude, coordinate with front desk and housekeeping, and uphold the brand's standards in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver guests' luggage timely and courteously throughout the property.
• Personalize room orientation in a professional, friendly manner highlighting amenities.
• Maintain a welcoming lobby presence as an ambassador for the property and brand.
• Assist guests with directions, local recommendations, and inquiries about the property and surrounding area.
• Coordinate with front desk and housekeeping to ensure seamless guest experiences and timely service.
• Handle and store guest luggage safely and maintain storage area cleanliness.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and escalate issues to management when needed.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
