Job summary

Pulse Therapy and Learning Center - مركز بالس للتأهيل والعلاج in Dubai seeks a Behavioral Therapist to conduct behavior analysis and therapy sessions for children of determination. The role includes implementing behavior plans, data collection, and collaboration with parents and teachers.

Ideal candidates hold a psychology degree (Bachelor's/Master's) with ABA experience and BCBA supervision familiarity; Arabic fluency is a plus. Position starts October 2026, on-site in Dubai.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience with children of determination using ABA strategies
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology or related field including special education or social work
• RBT, ABAT, or IBT board certification
• Experience with behavior data collection and analysis
• Experience with implementing IEPs and behavior plans
• Experience in school or clinic-based therapy under BCBA supervision
• Based in Dubai
• Available to start in October 2026
• Fluency in Arabic or other languages is a plus

Job description

This is an on-site contract role for a Behavioral Therapist.
