You will conduct comprehensive consultations, perform Lycon hair removal services, educate clients, and ensure impeccable hygiene while recording treatment details and product usage for future reference.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years working as a therapist in a salon or spa.

• Up to date knowledge of hair removal practices.

Job Purpose

To provide a professional range of skin services for our clients compliant with salon protocol and accepted documented practices

Responsibilities

Functional Roles and Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet every client in a warm and friendly manner and demonstrate excellent customer service at all times
• Perform a range of skin services as directed in the salon brochure
• Provide a full consultation to identify any health or skin problems before carrying out services
• Identify the needs of the client by asking questions and confidently recommend services and products that are appropriate
• Explain the steps of the service for each stage of the process to ensure client confidence
• Handle client questions and concerns effectively and with empathy
• Manage client complaints professionally and efficiently in line with the company after sales policy, escalating to management if necessary
• Uphold municipality standards of hygiene and salon policies and procedures for all treatments
• Build relationships with clients and record all technical service information for future reference
• Be knowledgeable regarding all products used in the skin department
• Perform all technical services following brand guidelines to achieve the desired result
• Recommend products for after care and additional retail purchases to supplement the service
• Maintain a professional relationship with the clientele
• Coordinate with receptionists to have maximum number of appointments per day
• Manage client retention with Book Back process
• Encourage client referrals to achieve a full day column in line with working days and productivity growth
• Maintain personal grooming standards at all times enhancing the image of the industry and Profile brand
• Care for all tools and equipment ensuring sterilization process is always of the highest levels
• Perform prep and cleaning of the treatment room after each client to obtain a quality work environment
• Report to management any concerns in connection with the skin department and/or client services requiring attention
• Use recommended amounts of salon use products to assist with cost control
• Attend planned trainings as necessary to update skills
• Update by self- learning to be aware of latest practices
• Check stock levels daily and inform manager of depleting stocks as per individual technician needs
• Maintain retail display areas, check barcodes, expiry dates and replenish as directed
• Remove all expired and damaged items from treatment room and report to manager
• Prepare orders for salon use items
• Assist role related with stocktaking counts as directed
• Perform other duties as assigned
