Aldar Hospitality is hiring a Receptionist / Cashier for Mamsha Beach. You’ll handle guest check-in/out, reservations, payments, and deliver outstanding service at the beach entrance or reception area.

We value a diploma or degree in hospitality, 1–2 years in related roles, POS experience, and strong communication skills. Flexible shifts including weekends are required; competitive tax-free AED salary and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in reception, cashiering, or customer service roles.
• Experience with POS systems and basic cash handling.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, reservation systems).
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Multitasking and time management.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
• Manage check-in/check-out for beach access, cabanas, and reservations.
• Handle cash, credit cards, and digital payments accurately.
• Issue receipts, operate the POS system, and balance daily records.
• Assist guests with inquiries, reservations and information about services.
• Coordinate with beach operations, F&B, and cabana teams for smooth service.
• Keep reception area neat, organized and welcoming.
