Reap HR Consultancy is seeking an experienced BBQ Specialist for a top restaurant in the UAE. The role requires 2 years of work experience and expertise in grilling a variety of BBQ items while maintaining high standards of taste, quality, hygiene and presentation.

Salary ranges from AED 1700 to 2200 with visa, medical, accommodation and meals provided. The successful candidate will prepare, marinate and grill meat, chicken, seafood and vegetables, operate BBQ equipment, and ensure safe cooking

Qualifications

• Experience as BBQ Specialist or BBQ Chef or Grill Chef.
• Strong knowledge of grilling and BBQ techniques.
• Ability to prepare different types of meat, chicken, seafood and vegetables.
• Knowledge of marinades, seasonings and BBQ sauces.
• Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, marinate, season and grill various BBQ items.
• Operate and maintain BBQ grills and related cooking equipment.
• Ensure proper cooking temperatures and food quality.
• Prepare sauces, marinades and BBQ accompaniments.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the BBQ preparation area.
• Monitor food stock and inform supervisor about shortages.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ensure consistent taste, portion size and presentation.
• Work efficiently during busy service periods.
• Minimize food waste and maintain proper storage of ingredients.
