Job summary

SUNSHINE ENTERPRISE USA LLC is seeking an experienced Batching Plant Operator to operate and monitor Ready-Mix concrete batching plant operations in accordance with production schedules and quality standards. The role requires solid UAE Ready-Mix experience and strong knowledge of concrete mix production, with hands-on experience operating automated batching systems and control panels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 35 years of UAE Ready-Mix experience as a Batching Plant Operator.
• Strong knowledge of concrete batching operations and mix designs.
• Experience operating automated batching systems and control panels.
• Familiarity with moisture correction and concrete production processes.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.
• Basic computer knowledge for batching software operation.
• Good communication skills in English.
• UAE/GCC experience is mandatory.
