Qualifications

• One to two years as a bartender in an upscale or fine dining environment.
• Solid knowledge of spirits, cocktails, coffee and tea.
• Awareness of UAE regulations on alcohol service.
• Fluent English; a second European language an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Craft drinks with precision and speed across every part of the day.
• Keep the bar clean, stocked, compliant and ready throughout service.
• Recommend with confidence and make the bar the best seat in the room.
• Work in sync with the floor and the kitchen through peak service.
