Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and take orders accurately
• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffee drinks
• Assemble and serve pre-made or freshly prepared sandwiches and snacks
• Operate coffee machines, blenders, and other food preparation equipment
• Handle cash and card transactions using the point-of-sale system
• Maintain cleanliness of the service area, tables, and equipment
• Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Deliver friendly, attentive customer service at all times
