We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in El-Ain. This is a great opportunity for the right individual to become part of a successful, fast-paced and friendly environment.

The successful candidate will be passionate about coffee and the hospitality industry, understand customer needs, and have excellent communication skills. They should be able to create a welcoming atmosphere and provide customers with great service quickly and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a Barista role in a café setting as well as an understanding of different brewing techniques. They must possess excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude and be able to think outside the box to come up with innovative solutions to customer issues.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare hot drinks according to customers’ orders
• Serve food items such as sandwiches, pastries etc
• Maintain cleanliness of the café space
• Operate cash register and handle payments accurately
• Ensure that all espresso equipment is properly maintained
• Follow health & safety regulations at all times
• Be knowledgeable about menu items, ingredients and prices

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Barista or similar role in a café setting
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of coffee bean varieties and preparation methods including latte art techniques
• Understanding of health & safety regulations at all times is essential
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks effectively, take initiative, problem solve and remain calm under pressure
• Excellent customer service skills with strong communication skills (written/verbal) in English (further languages are beneficial)
