This role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and late shifts, within a dynamic hospitality setting. Training will cover bar operations and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic knowledge of beverages and bar operations is helpful.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist bartenders before, during, and after service.
• Replenish liquor, beer, wine, mixers, syrups, garnishes, ice, glassware and other bar supplies.
• Wash, polish and organize glasses, bar tools and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar area and storage spaces.
• Assist with receiving, checking and storing beverage deliveries.
• Monitor stock levels and inform Bar Manager of shortages.
