Job summary

Delano Dubai, part of AccorHotels Middle East, is seeking a Barback to join its luxury restaurant team on Bluewaters Island, Dubai. You will support bartenders by restocking bar supplies and ensuring a seamless beverage service in an elegant indoor setting.

You will work closely with bartenders, waitstaff, and kitchen teams, maintaining cleanliness and organization while delivering discreet, high-level service aligned with the Delano brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hospitality environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of luxury hotel operations and software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent.
• Strong personality suited to DELANO Dubai's standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist bartenders by restocking ice, glassware, garnishes, and beverages to keep the bar operating efficiently.
• Prepare and organize beverage ingredients and tools, ensuring the bar is ready for service at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization around the bar area, quickly clearing used glasses and disposing of waste properly.
• Collaborate closely with bartenders, waitstaff, and kitchen teams to ensure smooth coordination and timely service in the restaurant setting.
• Support both front-of-house and back-of-house teams during daily service and special events to uphold service excellence.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and assist as needed to enhance their overall experience and comfort.
