Hyatt Centric Jumeirah Dubai is seeking an Assistant Manager – Bar to oversee daily bar operations, lead the bar team, and ensure exceptional service and beverage quality.

You will help manage staff, maintain standards, and contribute to menu development and promotions, while driving guest satisfaction and commercial performance in a vibrant hotel setting.

Formación

• Previous supervisory or assistant management experience in a busy bar, restaurant or hotel.
• Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine and beer and contemporary beverage trends.
• Excellent communication, leadership and guest-service skills.
• A creative, confident and hands-on approach.
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• A positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality.
• Relevant hospitality qualifications are an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Bar Manager in managing the day-to-day bar operation.
• Lead, coach and motivate the bar team to deliver outstanding service.
• Ensure consistent quality in cocktails, beverages, presentation and service standards.
• Create a welcoming and lively atmosphere for guests.
• Assist with staff scheduling, training and performance development.
• Monitor stock levels, wastage, ordering and beverage costs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene and licensing requirements.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve concerns promptly.
• Support menu development, promotions and creative beverage concepts.
• Drive revenue through upselling, product knowledge and memorable guest experiences.
• Maintain strong communication with Food & Beverage and other hotel departments.

About The Role
