Job summary

St. Regis Hotels & Resorts in Abu Dhabi seeks a Guest Service Support Expert to help elevate the guest experience in our luxury hotel.

You will assist with table setup, support the kitchen, and replenish supplies to keep food and beverage operations running smoothly and in line with brand standards. No prior related work is required, but experience in a standalone or high‑end bar/restaurant is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• No related work experience required; experience in food & beverage preferred.
• Experience in standalone or high-end specialty bar/restaurant strongly preferred.
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods; lift up to 25 pounds (50 pounds with assistance).

Responsibilities

• Set tables, assist the kitchen, and replenish supplies to keep events and dining operations running smoothly.
• Provide support that helps ensure transactions feel like part of the guest experience.
• Adhere to safety, appearance, and professional communication standards while assisting in daily operations.
