Job summary

Four Seasons Dubai at Jumeirah Beach is seeking an experienced Bartender to join our luxury hotel’s bar team. You will assist in preparing and serving a curated selection of wines, spirits, and cocktails, while maintaining precise pouring and blending according to our standards.

• 2-3 years bartending in a luxury establishment.
• Excellent knowledge of wine, spirits, and mixed drinks.

Responsibilities

• Assist Bartender to prepare and serve a selection of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks from the menu while ensuring proper pouring, mixing, and blending according to established recipes and established Four Seasons Standards.
• Keep and monitor the stock of cocktail ingredients ready for every shift.
• Ensure cleanliness of glassware and bar area.
