Job summary

DELANO Dubai, part of Ennismore, is seeking a Bartender – Banquets to deliver premium beverage service for elegant banquets and events on Bluewaters Island. You will craft and serve drinks to the highest standards, coordinating with the banquet team to ensure flawless guest experiences.

You will maintain bar setup, inventory, and hygiene standards throughout events. Ideal candidates bring luxury hospitality experience, refined communication, and a passion for discretion and exceptional service

Qualifications

• Luxurious hospitality background with premium beverage service experience.
• Polished communication and interpersonal skills for discerning guests.
• Strong knowledge of luxury hotel operations and bar procedures.
• Bachelor’s or equivalent in Hospitality Management preferred.
• Distinctive, authentic personality suited to a luxury brand.

Responsibilities

• Beverage Preparation: Mix, garnish, and serve drinks per recipes and event specs.
• Guest Service: Engage courteously, take orders, and handle requests.
• Setup & Cleanup: Prepare bar, restock, and maintain hygiene post-event.
• Coordination: Work with banquet staff, waiters, and kitchen for timely service.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, report shortages, restock as needed.
• Compliance: Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Support: Assist with event setup and breakdown as required.
