Job summary

A leading design consultancy in Dubai seeks an Experience Design Specialist for Senior Associate and Manager roles. The ideal candidate will blend UX and UI expertise to enhance customer journeys for a banking client. Responsibilities include designing end-to-end customer experiences, conducting user research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. A strong portfolio in UX/UI design and expertise in design tools like Figma and Adobe XD is required. Proficiency in Arabic is beneficial but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio.
• Expertise in design software tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Strong understanding of design thinking and user-centered design principles.
• Experience in the Financial Services sector, ideally banking.
• Ability to balance business objectives with user needs.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver end-to-end customer journeys for digital touchpoints.
• Conduct user research, including interviews and usability testing.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility.
• Use data-driven insights to improve user experiences.
• Advocate for design best practices and contribute to design systems.
• Manage and mentor junior team members if in management role.
