Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• 1–6 years of experience in an Exchange House, Banking, Financial Institution, or Customer Service environment.
• Experience handling customer complaints and service requests.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good computer proficiency and typing speed.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays as per business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer remittance, telegraphic transfer, electronic transfer, and foreign exchange transactions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer queries and complaints.
• Promote and cross-sell company products and services to customers.
• Perform branch operational activities and maintain daily transaction records.
• Ensure compliance with AML, KYC, and internal operational policies.
• Support branch sales initiatives and achieve assigned business targets.
• Assist in branch opening and closing activities and work in rotational shifts.
• Maintain high standards of customer confidentiality and service quality.
