Qualifications

Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Prepare and bake a variety of bread and bakery products according to recipes and quality standards.
Measure and mix ingredients accurately.
Operate and maintain bakery equipment safely and efficiently.
Monitor baking temperatures, timing, and product quality.
Ensure consistency in taste, texture, appearance, and freshness.
Prepare dough, fillings, creams, and other bakery ingredients as required.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the production area.
Follow food safety and workplace safety regulations.
Minimize product waste and maintain proper stock usage.
Work efficiently as part of a bakery production team.
Perform other bakery-related duties assigned by the supervisor.
