The role involves preparing breads, pastries and cakes, developing recipes, and ensuring high standards of taste and food safety in a fast-paced environment. Accommodation and work permit support are provided for eligible applicants.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Baker in a bakery or similar setting.
• Knowledge of baking techniques such as kneading, proofing, shaping.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical stamina to stand long hours and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible to work early mornings or late evenings.

Are you a skilled Baker with a passion for creating delicious baked goods? Our bakery in El-Ain Egypt is looking for an experienced and talented Baker to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake various types of breads, pastries, cakes and other baked goods according to recipes
• Create new recipes or modify existing ones to meet customer preferences or dietary needs
• Measure and mix ingredients accurately to ensure consistent quality and taste of products
• Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers and proofers
• Monitor baking process to ensure proper temperature and time for best results
• Decorate cakes and pastries with icing, glazes, fruits or other toppings as needed
• Ensure all products meet food safety standards and regulations
• Clean and maintain work area and equipment to ensure a hygienic environment

Requirements
