Job summary

SynerData is seeking an experienced Baker for our bakery in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for baking and a strong understanding of diverse techniques and recipes. You will prepare and bake a variety of goods, decorate with flair, and ensure quality and presentation.

Responsibilities include managing doughs and batters, monitoring ovens, maintaining inventory, and training junior staff. Preference given to candidates with biometric passports.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Baker
• Knowledge of various baking techniques and recipes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods
• Excellent time-management skills
• Strong communication skills in English

• Prepare doughs, batters, fillings, icings and other ingredients based on recipes
• Bake products according to established standards and timelines
• Decorate and present baked goods with creativity and attention to detail
• Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed for different products
• Maintain inventory levels of baking supplies and equipment
• Ensure cleanliness of work area including proper storage of ingredients and tools
• Train new bakers when necessary
