Job summary

NextSolutions in Dubai is seeking a skilled Baker to join our kitchen team. You will prepare and bake breads, pastries, and cakes in a busy environment. Required: at least 2 years in a commercial bakery, strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.

Sourdough or artisanal breads are preferred. Visa sponsorship is available for eligible candidates. You must be precise with recipes and maintain clean, organized workstations during shifts.

Baker

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Baker to join our team in Dubai. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods. Your duties will include measuring ingredients, mixing dough, shaping and decorating baked goods, and monitoring oven temperatures.

To be successful in this role, you must have at least 2 years of experience as a Baker in a commercial bakery setting. You should also have excellent knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients, as well as the ability to follow recipes accurately. Previous experience working with sourdough or artisanal breads is preferred.

This is a contract position with no accommodation provided. However, we do offer visa sponsorship for eligible candidates.

This job is suitable for men who are physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment. The ability to communicate in English is required.
