Job summary

Junior Baker - Dubai

We are in need of a talented and passionate Junior Baker to join our team in Dubai. As a Junior Baker, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and production of various baked goods such as breads, pastries, cakes, and other confections. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the production of baked goods according to recipes and standards set by the Head Baker
• Measure and mix ingredients accurately
• Operate machinery such as ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters
• Monitor product quality and make adjustments as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and work area
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies when needed

Requirements

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Previous experience in a bakery or culinary environment is preferred but not required
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
• Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
