Head Baker

As the Head Baker, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our bakery operations in Dubai. This includes managing and leading a team of bakers, creating and implementing new recipes, ensuring quality control, and managing inventory and supplies. You must have at least 3 years of experience as a baker and previous leadership experience. Excellent communication skills in English are required to effectively train and manage your team. A valid work visa is preferred, but we are open to sponsoring the right candidate.
