BagginsHQ is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead market growth, customer acquisition and subscription performance for BagginsHQ Meet, our scheduling and video conferencing platform.

As an individual contributor, you will own the product's commercial performance in your market, identifying opportunities and driving revenue. This fully remote role requires proactive, self-driven professionals who can operate without a dedicated sales team.

BagginsHQ is seeking an experienced, commercially driven Product Manager to lead the market growth, customer acquisition and subscription performance of BagginsHQ Meet, our professional appointment scheduling and video conferencing platform.

BagginsHQ Meet serves freelancers, consultants, independent professionals, remote workers, businesses and organisations seeking efficient scheduling and virtual meeting solutions.

The successful candidate will take direct ownership of the product's commercial performance within their assigned market.

This is an individual contributor position with no sales team or subordinates.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently identify and acquire paying subscribers among professionals, freelancers, businesses and organisations.
• Develop and execute practical product growth and customer acquisition strategies.
• Promote BagginsHQ Meet through professional networks, direct outreach, digital channels, business communities and strategic partnerships.
• Demonstrate the platform's features, subscription plans and commercial benefits to prospective customers.
• Convert genuine prospects and trial users into paying subscribers.
• Build relationships with organisations, consultants and independent professionals who require scheduling and virtual meeting solutions.
• Maintain customer engagement, encourage subscription renewals and minimise cancellations.
• Monitor subscription revenue, acquisition performance, customer feedback and retention.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects, customer engagements and commercial outcomes.
• Provide market insights and recommendations to improve product adoption and growth.
• Independently achieve the Company's established verified revenue targets.

Important: This position requires independent customer acquisition. BagginsHQ does not provide Company Leads for this role. Candidates must possess the professional experience, initiative and commercial capability to identify and develop their own customer opportunities.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in SaaS, technology products, corporate communications, professional services, digital collaboration or related commercial sectors.
• Practical experience acquiring paying customers or subscriptions.
• Established professional networks or proven ability to develop commercial opportunities independently.
• Strong understanding of the needs of freelancers, professionals, businesses and organisations.
• Excellent communication, product presentation, negotiation and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision and without a supporting sales team.
• Strong commercial discipline, accountability and results-oriented decision-making.
• Ability to maintain accurate customer records and provide verifiable performance reports.
• Access to a reliable computer, stable internet connection and a suitable remote working environment.

Probation and Performance Requirements

• Generate a minimum of USD 500 in verified product revenue.
• Independently acquire genuine paying customers.
• Demonstrate consistent prospecting, product promotion and customer engagement.
• Maintain accurate and verifiable customer acquisition records.
• Demonstrate professional conduct, reliability and accountability.
• Only genuine payments received and verified by BagginsHQ count towards the revenue target. Free trials, unpaid registrations, fabricated transactions and refunded payments do not qualify.
• Successful probation requires meeting the revenue threshold and receiving a satisfactory overall performance assessment. Permanent confirmation is not automatic.

Permanent Employment Performance

• Upon successful confirmation, the Product Manager must generate a minimum of USD 2,000 in verified product revenue every month, alongside satisfactory customer retention and professional performance.
• Continued employment is subject to meeting the Company's performance expectations and applicable employment terms.
• 30-day performance assessment period.
• No monthly facilitation allowance.
• Opportunity to qualify for permanent employment through demonstrated commercial results.
• Access to the product information, training and approved Company systems necessary to perform the role.

Upon Permanent Confirmation

• Fixed Monthly Salary: USD 700
• Monthly Facilitation Allowance: USD 100
• Total Fixed Monthly Compensation: USD 800
• Fully remote working arrangement.
• Direct ownership of BagginsHQ Meet's growth within the assigned market.
