Job summary

Ras Al Khaimah International Airport is hiring active Baggage Handlers to move passenger bags from check-in counters to airplanes safely and quickly. You will operate luggage tractors, load and unload bags, and follow all airport safety rules.

Job description

Ras Al Khaimah International Airport needs active Baggage Handlers. You will help move passenger bags from the check-in counters to the airplanes safely and quickly.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up heavy suitcases from the moving belts and load them carefully onto the baggage carts.
• Drive the small luggage tractors from the main airport building to the waiting airplanes.
• Load and unload bags into the airplane belly without throwing or damaging any passenger items.
• Follow all airport safety rules strictly to keep yourself and the airplanes safe.

Mandatory Requirements

• Fitness: You must have a very strong body to lift bags weighing up to 32 kilograms all day.
• Experience: 1 year of hard manual work in an airport, big warehouse, or construction site.
• Security: Must have no police cases to get the special airport security pass easily.
