Job summary

Peergrowth Consultancy Co. in Dubai seeks a hands-on Product Manager to own the entire lifecycle of B2C mobile apps in a startup/scaleup environment.

You will translate customer insights into features, work closely with engineering and design, and drive launches with high visibility reporting to the CEO. This role requires strong ownership, data-driven decision making, and effective cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of product management experience in a B2C mobile app environment.
• End-to-end product ownership in a lean or startup setting.
• Strong technical fluency: comfortable interacting with engineers and understanding mobile stack constraints.
• Data-driven mindset with analytics, A/B testing and usage metrics.
• Excellent communication and leadership with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Preferred: Bachelor's, MBA or Product Management certification; familiarity with UAE/MENA user behaviours.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and roadmap aligned with company objectives and user needs.
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle from ideation and discovery through launch and iteration.
• Prioritize backlog and user stories based on impact and constraints.
• Collaborate daily with engineering, UX/UI, marketing and customer success teams.
• Define success metrics and use data analytics to guide decisions.
• Lead go-to-market planning and post-launch iterations.
