Could Be Flowers and Coffee in Al Ain, Abu Dhabi, UAE, is seeking a driven B2B Sales Representative to spearhead wholesale coffee supply, event catering proposals, and luxury floral services. Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B field sales within UAE F&B, specialty coffee, event catering, or luxury floral/décor services.
• Strong negotiation, prospecting, and relationship-building capabilities with corporate clients and VIPs.
• Fluent in English; Arabic speaking ability is a strong asset for local and VIP clientele.

Responsibilities

• Wholesale Coffee: Pitch and secure wholesale bean supply and machine solutions for cafés, boutique hotels, and corporate offices.
• Catering & Events: Prospect, pitch, and close live coffee bars, corporate hospitality, and private event catering packages.
• Floral & Décor Services: Secure contracts for corporate floral styling, hotel/lobby arrangements, luxury residential subscriptions, and private VIP house floral setups.
• Client Relations: Manage the complete sales cycle—cold outreach, site visits, tasting sessions, bespoke proposals, contract negotiation, and account retention.
• Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly sales quotas while maintaining accurate pipeline reporting.
