Job summary

Our client in Dubai is seeking an Outdoor Sales Executive – B2B to drive new business across the UAE, with a strong focus on perfume shops and fragrance retailers and other relevant outlets.

Based in Business Bay, Dubai, the role runs Monday to Saturday. Salary AED 4,000–6,000 plus commission and fuel allowance, with uncapped earning potential through sales success. Requirements include UAE outdoor/B2B sales experience and knowledge of the perfume retail market.

Qualifications

• Previous UAE outdoor/B2B sales experience is essential.
• Experience selling to perfume shops, fragrance retailers or similar businesses is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of the UAE perfume/fragrance retail market would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular outdoor market visits across the UAE to identify and develop new B2B customers.
• Visit perfume shops, fragrance retailers and other relevant businesses to introduce the company's product range.
• Generate new leads, establish customer relationships and convert prospects into active accounts.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and product presentation to negotiation and closing.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and consistently generate new business opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and newly acquired customers.
