Job summary

Socium - Teams Done Differently in Dubai is seeking a Marketing Executive – B2B to lead campaigns from planning to results at our on-site Marina office. You will work closely with senior leaders and the sales team to drive pipeline and demand generation.

The role covers email campaigns, events, social media and collateral creation. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in B2B marketing, strong English writing, and hands-on experience with HubSpot or Mailchimp, with Dubai-based or relocation-ready

Qualifications

3+ years in B2B marketing
Experience running email campaigns (HubSpot, Mailchimp)
Experience organising corporate events in UAE/GCC
Strong writing skills in English
Organised, self-driven, able to manage several projects

Responsibilities

Plan, build and run B2B email campaigns with segmentation, copy, automation and reporting
Plan and deliver events end to end: conferences, roundtables, dinners and webinars
Manage social media (LinkedIn): content calendar, posts and engagement
Create marketing collateral: case studies, one-pagers, presentations, website updates
Work with sales to generate and nurture leads and track pipeline
Report on campaign performance and recommend improvements
