Job summary

CoreAxis is seeking an Azure Cloud Engineer to design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure for enterprise solutions. You will work across development, staging, and production, building CI/CD pipelines, and implementing IaC with Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.

Responsibilities include security, cost optimization, disaster recovery, and collaboration with dev teams to ensure cloud-ready architectures. Hybrid work model with a modern Sharjah office supports flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Azure experience across compute, networking and storage.
• Proficiency in IaC using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.
• Hands-on CI/CD experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Knowledge of cloud security, identity management, and monitoring.
• Certifications in Azure are preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy Azure infrastructure for client projects.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
• Implement infrastructure-as-code using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.
• Monitor, optimise cost, performance, and reliability of cloud environments.
• Apply security best practices including RBAC and identity management.
• Contribute to disaster-recovery planning and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure cloud-ready architectures.
• Document designs, runbooks, and operational procedures.
