Job summary

Dubai Holding is seeking a Manager AI Software Engineering to design, build, deploy, and operate production-grade AI agents on Microsoft Foundry. The role sits at the corporate office and reports to the Associate Director Software Engineering.

The engineer writes Python, integrates Azure services, and ships agentic applications that drive measurable business impact, working within agile squads alongside Product, Data Science, and Architecture to take use-cases from prototype to production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field; advanced degrees preferred.
• 2+ years deploying agentic AI systems and production experience with LLM-based solutions.
• Hands-on Python development, Azure services, and production-ready AI agent delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and iterate AI agents using Microsoft Foundry and tool/function-calling capabilities.
• Deploy AI agent solutions into production with CI/CD pipelines and version control.
• Operate AI agents in production with observability, tracing, and cost monitoring.
• Collaborate with Product, Data Science, and Architecture to deliver from prototype to production.
