You will drive value realization across the bank s AI portfolio partnering with business leaders product teams and senior executives to ensure AI investments translate into measurable business outcomes adoption and sustainable impact This role sits squarely at the intersection of strategy transformation and AI - combining rigorous analysis with hands-on business integration and change management

What You ll Do

• Lead value sizing measurement and benefits realization across strategic AI initiatives
• Develop business cases KPI frameworks and executive reporting for senior leadership
• Drive stakeholder engagement and secure alignment on value targets priorities and outcomes
• Translate AI capabilities into business impact by identifying the adoption process and operating model changes required to unlock value
• Lead business integration and change management activities to embed AI solutions into day-to-day operations including communications and working sessions
• Influence strategic decisions through rigorous analysis structured problem-solving and executive storytelling

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience, including 2 4 years at a top-tier strategy consulting firm.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and structured thinking skills, with a willingness to be hands-on and drive analysis independently.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders on strategy, transformation, value realization or business performance initiatives.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage, challenge and influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent stakeholder management, workshop facilitation and executive presentation skills.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel capabilities.
• A highly proactive, outcome-oriented mindset, comfortable navigating ambiguity.
