Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in strategy or transformation consulting

Responsibilities

• Lead value sizing, measurement and benefits realization for AI initiatives
• Develop business cases, KPI frameworks, and executive reporting
• Drive stakeholder engagement and align on value targets and priorities
• Translate AI capabilities into business impact via adoption and operating-model changes
• Lead change management to embed AI solutions into day-to-day operations
• Influence strategic decisions through rigorous analysis and executive storytelling
