Discovered MENA in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an AVP – AI Value Realisation & Business Integration to join a leading Financial Services company in Abu Dhabi. This high-impact role sits at the intersection of AI, transformation and business strategy, ensuring AI products translate into measurable value, strong user adoption and sustained business impact.

You will lead value sizing, develop KPI frameworks, partner with AI Product Owners and business stakeholders, and drive change

Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in a top-tier consulting firm.
Experience delivering transformation and value realisation engagements.
Financial services or banking exposure, directly or via consulting.
Experience building business cases, KPI frameworks and value measures.

Responsibilities

Lead value sizing, measurement and benefits realisation across AI products.
Develop business cases, value hypotheses and KPI frameworks.
Partner with AI Product Owners and stakeholders to define targets and track outcomes.
Lead business integration and change management to embed AI into operations.
Identify process, operating model and behavioural changes to unlock value.
Drive user adoption through stakeholder engagement and change initiatives.
Analyse performance and translate findings into clear exec-level recommendations.
Influence senior leaders on AI investment decisions and value creation.
