The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree and 7-10 years of experience in recruitment, with strong skills in collaborating with leadership and enhancing employer branding.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of progressive experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• At least 3 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.
• Proven expertise in managing large-scale recruitment across the GCC.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
• Collaborate with department heads to define role requirements and job descriptions.
• Lead the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to onboarding.
