Job summary

Abu Dhabi Insurance Brokers LLC in Abu Dhabi invites an AVP – Motor Insurance to lead and grow the motor insurance department, overseeing underwriting, claims operations, policy management, and regulatory compliance. You will guide a skilled team to deliver high-quality risk assessment and client service while aligning with strategic objectives.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, at least five years in motor insurance with leadership experience, strong relationships with insurers and VIP

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Insurance, or Automobile/Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of motor insurance experience, including team leadership, underwriting and claims management.
• Strong understanding of motor insurance products, policy wording, risk assessment and regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to coach a team, monitor performance, and provide training.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships with clients, VIP members and insurers.
• High level of motivation, self-discipline and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work full-time from the office in Abu Dhabi.
• UAE experience preferred.
