First Abu Dhabi Bank FAB is seeking an Assistant Vice President in Islamic Coverage to drive new client acquisition and onboarding for Islamic banking solutions in the UAE. The role focuses on identifying growth opportunities, building and managing client relationships, and originating Shariah-compliant financing transactions across Murabaha, Ijarah, and Sukuk.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Islamic banking with a proven track record in business development and transaction

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in banking or financial services, including client acquisition and transaction execution.
Demonstrated success in developing client relationships and generating business growth.

Responsabilités

Identify and engage prospective Islamic banking clients and onboard new Corporate and Investment Banking clients.
Lead client meetings and presentations to promote Islamic banking solutions and onboard clients.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to structure and execute Islamic finance transactions (Murabaha, Ijarah, Sukuk).
Provide Islamic financial guidance aligned to clients' strategic objectives.
Monitor performance of newly acquired client relationships and report transaction results.
